The pastoral ministries minor consists of courses in conflict and crisis in ministry, homiletics, organizational effectiveness, worship, and ministerial care.
The focus of the pastoral ministries minor aims at providing students with the knowledge and skills essential for fruitful ministry in the local church primarily in two major areas:
- leadership and organization
- the development, nurture, and care of people
